THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY:�This request is for planning purposes only, it is not a request for offers, quotes, or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. This notice is for Market Research only in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to determine the capability of potential sources.� General Services Administration (GSA) anticipates establishing a contract for specialized Replacement Windscreens for Ground Mobility Vehicles (GMV 1.1) all-terrain military vehicles, to include installation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423120, with a Small Business standard of 200 Employees or less. GSA�is issuing this notice in order to solicit capability statements from qualified sources to ensure sufficient competition exists to meet the Government's requirements. It is the Government's intent to use information gathered in response to this notice to assist in market research to determine whether to, in accordance with applicable laws, set-aside�this requirement or�solicit offers from all responsible sources.� Question 1: Do you manufacture replacement windscreens for GMV 1.1 vehicles? Question 2: Are you able to�perform on-site in the Fort Bragg, NC area? Question 3: Is your�company capable of accepting orders via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)? Question 4: Please state if you are certified Small Business (8A, WOSB, Hubzone or SDVOSB).�� Question 5: How many days would you estimate your delivery time is from receiving an order to the customer receiving the replacement windscreens? Question 6: Please list industry standard safety standards, certifications, warranties, etc. specific to your replacement windscreens.
