- Synopsis for Items to be added to SPE4A5-20-D-0025 Solicitation: ��SPE4AX-23-R-UN01 DLA Aviation intends to add multiple NSNs to the existing sole source contract SPE4A5-20-D-0025, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Unison Industries, CAGE 59501, via a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation may only be available to requesters by contacting the Point of Contract (POC) for this notice directly. If any non-OEM source is interested in any of the NSNs, please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date.� Surplus dealers are also invited to respond to this synopsis.� The response should include a completed surplus certificate, Procurement Note C04, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. (Note:� Other Aviation sites will provide their equivalent surplus clause, as applicable).� Responses to this announcement from other than the OEM should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period as identified.� In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price.� A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein and SBA PCR (tammy.birdsong@sba.gov).� The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. �All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov)�� Offerors must be registered prior to receiving an award for this acquisition or for any future awards. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Synopsis Notice by 15:00pm EST on Sat., May 20th, 2023. All responses under this Synopsis Notice must be emailed to Andrew.Alverson@dla.mil.
