Description

The United States Air Force intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on or about 16 May 2023 to: � � FARO Technologies, INC � � 250 Technology Park, � � Lake Mary, FL 32746 USA � � Cage Code: 0VGY2. Unique Entity ID: GRTDYGFYWBS8 CLIN 0001 - FARO Traceable 3D Target-Based Laser Scanner This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334513, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
