Description

Amendment 2 : SOW Change/RFQ Extension The purpose of this amendment is to change the SOW to define the Length Requiement of the forklifts, and to extend the RFQ due date until 9 May 2023. Attachment 1: Updated SOW 4 May 2023 ********** Amendment 1 : Question/Answer Q: Will a 3000lb be acceptable instead of 2500?� A: Yes a 3000lb forklift will be acceptable instead of 2500. Attachment 1 : Combigned Synopsis/Solicitation Attachment 2 : SOW Dated 13 April 2023 *********** Provide 8 forklifts that range in 2,500 to 7,000 lbs. Delivered and picked up once the period of performance is complete. Any standard maintenance required to keep forklifts in working order�and safety items in good condition, such as strobe lights, seat belts, batteries, and other misc. items shall be included in the price of the monthly rate. If a repair/maintenance is required that is determined to be at the fault of the government, the CO will negotiate repairs with the contractor.
