- This synopsis is not a request for quotes/offers/proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via www.SAM.gov on or about May 19, 2023, for the procurement of services for the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Training and Education Command (TECOM) Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) Weapon Danger Area Laboratory Support (WDALab). Support services are required for the Marine Corps Range program for the updating and modification of the existing WDALab code, methodologies, and graphic user interfaces. A complete Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time of solicitation.� This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will solicit and award the resulting contract utilizing acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.� The proposed acquisition will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The contemplated contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Priced contract. The resultant contract will have a base year and four option periods.� The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, with a size standard of $34M. Contractors interested in this opportunity must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the contractor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well.�
