Description

Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO-W) intends to issue a sole-source Firm Fixed-Price contract to Cardinal Health 414, LLC, a large business, under authority FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization, for various Radiopharmaceuticals for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAM), Fort Bliss, Texas. The sole-source contract will have a delivery period of 01 June 2023 through 30 September 2023. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration's size standard for 325412 is 1,300 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Radiopharmaceuticals. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West (MRCO-W) intends to make a sole source award on or about 01 June 2023 to Cardinal Healthcare 414, LLC., 7000 Cardinal Pl, Dublin, OH, 43017-1091
