- N00164-23-R-3013 � NON-PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES (PSS) FOR AEGIS TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE (AEGIS TECHREP) PSC R425 - NAICS 541330 Issue Date: 04 May 2023 This is notification of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR), Crane, IN, intent to consolidate AEGIS TECHREP requirements currently acquired via two (2) separate task orders as follows: 1. Task Order No. N00164-19-F-3007 (N00178-14-D-7979, Total Value: $16.1M). This task order provides vital support in the functional areas of workforce management, business operations, security and information technology aiding in the operations, evaluation, analysis, review and approval of AEGIS specifications, documentation, equipment, and computer programs. 2. Task Order No. N00164-20-F-3005 (N00178-19-D-7224, Total Value: $187.9M). This task order provides Engineering Support Services (ESS) including engineering, test and evaluation, logistics, production, acquisition, cybersecurity, and management functions required for upgrading and maintaining AEGIS Weapon System baseline development and maintenance. This consolidation requirement will be competed as a small-business set-aside under the SeaPort-NxG MAC. A total of nine (9) Full-Time Equivalents (FTE�s) � Warehouse/Logistics and Cyber Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF) will be consolidated from the ESS task order to the PSS task order. This will result in an increase of the estimated PSS ceiling by $8,317,249 over a five (5) year period. NSWC-CR has determined that measurably substantial benefits are expected to be derived as a result of the consolidation as defined at FAR 7.107. The expected benefits of this consolidation action are listed in FAR 7.107-2 and summarized below: 1. Quality improvements that will save time or improve or enhance performance or efficiency; 2. Reduction in acquisition cycle times; 3. Better terms and conditions; 4. Anticipated financial benefits; or 5. Any other benefit.
