- Request for Information (RFI) Purpose: The Coast Guard is issuing this request for information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify capable vendor who can supply�two (2) 11-meter Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats, boat repair spare parts and OCONUS crew training for the Government of the Philippines under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case.� � The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement may be NAICS 336612 - Boat Building. Request: If your organization has the capabilities to provide the boats, spares and OCONUS training, please provide the following information: Name Address Website Point of contact information� Unique Entity Identifier Provide answers to the following questions: Does your company manufacture: Law enforcement/military style�11 Meter (11M) Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB)? 11M RHIBs using Military-Grade Polyurethane Foam Collar w/ Heavy Duty Rubstrake 11M RHIBs with composite/Fiberglass V-type monohull (if only available in aluminum please state) 11M RHIBs with BLASTEX blast and impact resistant hull protection system (Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and blast mitigation) 11M RHIBs with our (4) Yamaha 300 HP outboards 11M RHIBs that can�obtain a top speed of 40 knots. 11M RHIBs that are armament capable. 11M RHIBs with a Fuel Tank Capacity 260-500 gallon (provide amount).�� Can you provide OCONUS training and reactivation.� What is the Delivery Timeframe after the receipt of contract. Does your company currently have existing government-wide acquisition contracts (GWAC) (e.g., GSA) or other strategically sourced contracts for these types of requirements that the USCG can order off? If yes, please provide contract number, what agency it is with, and agency point of contact information. Does your company currently have existing proven platform that can meet this requirement? If so, please provide model number and weblink or attachment of the boat.� Submission Instructions: Interested parties are invited to submit a response to the above questions by the Response Date provided in this RFI. All responses and questions regarding this RFI must be emailed to Mr. Collin Applewhite at collin.w.applewhite@uscg.mil and Mr. Karl Harris at�karl.a.harris@uscg.mil. Disclaimer: There is no solicitation at this time. This RFI is not a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this request is purely voluntary; the Government will not pay for any costs incurred nor is obligated to respond. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.�After reviewing RFI responses to this RFI, and if the USCG still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement may be published on the Contract Opportunities (formerly FedBizOpps) website or distributed to contract holders if a strategically sourced vehicle is deemed appropriate. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Contract Opportunities website.Failure to respond or submit sufficiently detailed information may result in a company not being considered a likely offeror when making a decision on whether or how to set aside a solicitation for restricted competition. Regardless of the information submitted, the Government reserves the right to consider any arrangement as determined appropriate for this requirement.No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to use any information provided by respondents for any purpose determined necessary and legally appropriate, including using technical information provided by respondents in any resultant solicitation.
