Description

The purpose of this Amendment is to: Answer Vendor Questions I saw your solicitation request # 36C24823Q1016 and wanted to ask a quick question. I see that the request is specified around the RCC-245-B case cart, but the dimensions listed don't match up with the RCC-245-B case cart dimensions (external dimensions are 46 ¼ W x 27 ½ D x 59 H). Can you confirm the needed cart dimensions? The external case cart dimensions shall meet or exceed the specifications of the RCC-245-B case cart. How do I put together a manufacturer/OEM letter for this type of situation? Request a letter from the OEM certifying your business is authorized to distribute/resell their products. Do I ask the OEM to provide a letter confirming our supplier s relationship with the OEM? The authorized distributor/reseller letter should be directly from OEM. And then a separate letter from our supplier confirming (Business name) relationship with them? Authorized distributor/reseller letters should be directly from the OEM to business providing the quote to the Government. See VAAR Clause 852.212-71(c) Gray Market Items and Counterfeit Items. Please advise clarification for line item 0007. Can you please provide more information on the field installation that is required? Line item 0007 has been removed from Solicitation 36C24823Q1016. I am sorry for the confusion. We were notified yesterday that the line items were not being removed. Just to confirm line items 0003-0010 are being removed from the solicitation, correct? Yes, Line items 0003 0010 have been removed from Solicitation 36C24823Q1016.
