- The purpose of this amendment is to provide an extension to the response due date until�5/31/2023 at 17:00 ET. The answers to the submitted questions will be provided by a separate amendment on or�around 5/12/2023. -------------------------------- This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the US Department of Labor, Office of Workers� Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Federal Employees�, Longshore and Harbor Workers� Compensation (DFELHWC), Federal Employees� Compensation Act Program (FECA) for non-personal services to manage and provide Directed Medical Services (DMS) - Referee Medical Examinations (RMEs) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the RFP terms and conditions. The contractor shall furnish Directed Medical Services (DMS) � Referee Medical Examinations (RMEs) for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers� Compensation Programs (OWCP) covered claimants in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation document (including all amendments/modifications) and the resulting contract. The covered claimants reside within the United States, its Possessions, Territories, and Trust Territories.
