The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, New Mexico, 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract (NPSC) for four (4) COVID Generalist Registered Nurses (RN). The Period of Performance is for one (1) year: 06/01/2023 through 05/31/2024 as a Base plus three (3) Option Periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $34.� The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00039 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 05/04/2023.� Evaluation factors may include Qualification, Experience; 1. Contractor�s Licenses/Certifications (ACLS, BLS, Diplomas etc., 2. Contractor�s experience - Minimum of three (3) years, 3. RN Profile Checklist, 4. RN Skills Inventory Checklist, 5.
