Description: The is the solicitation for the Yosemite Toad Hybridization Study Laboratory Services.�The basic Scope of Work involves acceptance of�DNA samples collected and extracted by the U.S�Forest Service, development of ddRADseq libraries�from the extracted DNA following the protocols of�Dr. Maier, sequencing of the libraries at a�similar depth as Dr. Maiers work, and delivery of�the final sequencing data to the US Forest�Service in the form of FASTQ files.
