Description
DESCRIPTION. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Connected Care (OCC) has a requirement for Telehealth Equipment integration and replacement for expansion or refurbishment. Through Telehealth Services, OCC uses telehealth technologies to provide clinical care in circumstances where distance separates those receiving services and those providing services. The value VA derives from Telehealth is not just in implementing telehealth technologies alone, but incorporates how VA utilizes health informatics, disease management, self-management, and care/case management to facilitate access to care and improve the health of Veterans with the intent to provide the right care in the right place at the right time. VA has a continued need to deliver health care services to Veterans though the use of Telehealth technologies via the sustained operation of Clinical Video Telehealth (CVT), Store and Forward Technologies (SFT), other related telehealth supporting systems, equipment, and services that are necessary to deliver telehealth care services to Veterans. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing is most appropriate for this requirement. The size standard is 1000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R499 Support-Professional Services. The FAR Provision found at 52.204-7(b)(1) requires that All interested Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to submitting an offer or quotation. You may access the SAM website at SAM.gov | Home. All offerors must be certified as with the appropriate NAICS code on the SAM website. All SDVOSB/VOSB offerors must be verified in the SBA database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#search at the time of quote submission. This notice is for planning purpose only and does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. This RFI is part of a continuous process for obtaining the latest information on the commercial status of the industry with respect to their current and near-term abilities. The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a competitive contract. It is emphasized that this is a notice solely for planning and informational purposes SCOPE.� The VA is seeking offerors who are capable of meeting VA OCC needs as specified in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) with Attachment 1 = Equipment List & Delivery Schedule.
