THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.�THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER TIME. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE SOLICITATION POSTING NOTICE TO INTERESTED BUSINESSES. INTERESTED BUSINESSES SHOULD CHECK CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY LISTING REGULARY FOR SOLICITATION POSTING.� The government plans to obtain a TMS Support contract that includes software annual license renewal, maintenance, training, and equipment calibration services for the NBAF laboratory located in�Manhattan, Kansas.�A State-of-Art Temperature Monitoring System (TMS) team worked with USDA NBAF Information Technology Department to furnish and install a temperature monitoring system at the NBAF which includes the following: temperature monitoring equipment (TME) for ultra-low temperature equipment, TME for refrigerators/ freezers, TME for incubators. The equipment is entering the end of base warranty support and therefore, a renewal package will be needed to support the temperature monitoring and management services for our mission-critical environment and equipment that will enable laboratory professionals, operational units, and support staff on all levels to work more efficiently without any degradation to NBAF mission. The government intends to issue one firm fixed price service contract. The Period of Performance shall consist of a base period of 12 months starting on August 15, 2023, with four (4) option years for future support as a result of the solicitation.�
