Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a noncompetitive purchase order to Clordisys Solutions, INC, 50 Tannery Rd STE 1, Branchburg, NJ 08876-6034. (Unique Entity ID: XR8HL2SKZH5). This procurement is for annual maintenance on a Minidox-M Portable Chlorine Gas Generator. See attached justification for other than full and open competition. The Government contemplates the award of a firm fixed-price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. Please email responses to Cody Grey at cody.grey@usda.gov no later than the time indicated below. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. Responses must be received no later than 3:00pm EST on May 11th, 2023. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Respondents should ensure the information provided is detailed, current, accurate, and complete. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 333248 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
