Description

**THIS IS A NOTICE OF A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO TAURIAN CONSULTING, LLC, A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN ** This is a notice issued as required by FAR 6.303-1. Pursuant to FAR 6.302(b)(6), sole source awards under the Veterans Benefit Act of 2003 and FAR 19.1406, sole source award to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) has awarded a sole source contract to Taurian Consulting, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, located at 612 Third Street, Ste 3A, Annapolis, Maryland 21403, for Internal Control Technical Support services. The period of performance is one 12-month period, with an optional 12-month option period to commence on May 8, 2023. Taurian Consulting, LLC will provide technical support services in reviewing and updating DFC�s internal control process narratives. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The Small Business Administration�s size standard is $16.5 million. The intent of this notice is not to solicit responses from interested parties but to provide notification per FAR 6.303-1.
