Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement. The Government intends to sole source this requirement to Gordian Group, Inc. Title of Requirement: RSMeans Online Subcription Description of Requirement: Provide access to RS Means Online (RSMO) Master Union Package for Core users and Complete users. In order for the Government to meet upcoming requirements in a timely manner, this action is necessary. This will result in the Government being able to meet its immediate needs without delays or compromising its mission.� The Government will post the approved justification. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, however, this noticeof intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All capability statements received prior to the response date and time will be reviewed by the Government and considered. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this portion of the solicitation and resulting contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
