Description: The Advance Photon Source Upgrade (APSU) project requires capacitive sensors to monitor the motion of precision stages used in the KB Mirror systems for 34ID.�The Scope is to procure standard off-the-shelf components (capacitive sensors and drivers) but customized vacuum compatible cabling, and testing requirements of the 34ID capacitive sensor system deliverables.
