THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT.� RESPONSES SUBMITTED IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS SPECIAL NOTICE.� NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS SPECIAL NOTICE.� ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The purpose of this special notice is to provide industry an update on the Government�s notional schedule leading up to release of the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Ready Relevant Learning Fiscal Year 2024 Content Conversion Aviation Ratings (RRL FY24 CC Aviation) procurement.� The Draft RFP for RRL FY24 CC Aviation is still in work.� The Government is working to post the Draft RFP for industry review and comment by the end of May 2023, with a potential Pre-Solicitation Conference scheduled shortly after release of the Draft RFP.� The Final RFP is anticipated to be posted by the end of June 2023, with a potential Industry Day scheduled shortly after release of a Final RFP if a Pre-Solicitation Conference is not conducted after release of the Draft RFP.� Clarification on a Pre-Solicitation Conference or Industry Day will be provided with the posting of the Draft RFP.� The Government still intends to award this contract by the end of December 2023.� The notional schedule leading up to release of the Final RFP is subject to change.� This special notice is only for the RRL FY24 CC Aviation competitive procurement and does not represent the status of any other RRL effort.� For any questions or concerns regarding RRL FY24 CC Aviation, please contact the primary or alternate points of contact listed in this special notice: Primary POC:� Austin Brookshire, austin.e.brookshire.civ@us.navy.mil Alternate POC:� David Kors, david.a.kors.civ@us.navy.mil The Government appreciates industry�s interest in the RRL FY24 CC Aviation requirement and patience as the Government works to provide the Draft RFP for industry review as soon as possible.� Please continue to check the Contract Opportunities section of SAM.gov for further updates and information on the RRL FY24 CC Aviation competitive procurement.
