- This is an additional NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Repair HVAC AHU�s 1,2,4 & 5 and Chillers 88 CG Building 10271 Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH W912QR23B0010 SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the Repair HVAC AHU�s 1,2,4 & 5 and Chillers 88 CG Building 10271 at Wright- Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Brand Name Sole Source � Eaton Electrical Disconnect Switch - The switch will be used to operate the uninterruptible power supply with two (2) parallel sub-stations. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.� All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The submission must be received no later than 10:00 AM ET on 16 May 2023 to brandon.h.gatz@usace.army.mil.
