Description
The U.S. Government currently occupies office/warehouse and related space in a building under a lease in Columbus, OH that will expire on 1/8/24.� The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for a 5-year, 3 year firm term. The Government has a continuing need for this space and anticipates exercising the renewal option unless alternative space is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Ohio City: Columbus Delineated Area: N: 161 E: 605/Renoldsburg New Albany Rd./Lancester Ave. W: I-71 S: I-70 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,200 Space Type: Flex -appx. 3,000 ABOA SF of office space and appx. 4,000 ABOA SF of warehouse space Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: n/a Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
