Description: CBP intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to The City of Donna, TX. The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector�s Firearms and Use of Force Department has a requirement for the use of a firing range in the McAllen-Weslaco TX area to conduct quarterly firearms qualifications for agents at the McAllen (MCS) and Weslaco (WSL) stations. The contractor shall provide an outdoor shooting range that is able to accommodate approximately 1,700 USBP law enforcement Border Patrol agents (BPAs) requiring firearms qualification and training each quarter. Range must be made available on a 24-hour basis, Monday through Sunday. One quarter each year will require night fire qualifications and training.
