Description

New Attachment with corrected NAICS code�811210 dated 1 May 23. The 6 MDG at MacDill, FL has a requirement for a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) for the Dermatology, Lumenis Unit, Model Splendor-X. The PMA is for twelve (12) months, 1 June 23� - 31 May 24, plus four optional years. The purpose is to provide high quality technical support, and the corporation liability under this agreement: to repair or replace the Lumenis Splendor-X Laser components, products, or software/firmware, whichever is appropriate. The service agreement will allow Dermatology personnel to continue their highly specialized service to the entire MacDill community of active duty personnel, retirees, and their families.
