Description

Mechanical Representatives Incorporated � HEPA Reverse Flow Fan Filter System The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Mechanical Representatives Incorporated for the purchase of the HEPA Reverse Flow Fan Filter System as required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) located in Gallup, New Mexico. Delivery of equipment will be 60 days from date of award. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Mechanical Representatives Incorporated is uniquely qualified to provide the required units to ensure there are no interruptions in direct patient care services provided by GIMC. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. ��Any potential sources other than Mechanical Representatives Incorporated may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Stephen J. Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on Monday, May 1, 2023. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. ��Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
