NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration (DOT/FHWA) � Central Federal Lands Highway Division, 12300 W. Dakota Ave., Lakewood Colorado intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to The Beacon Group, LLC for obtaining Expert Technical Analysis Services for CA FLAP SR 36(13) State Route 36/ Claim Numbers XVI-23-002, XVI-23-003, CVI-23-004, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA) Case Numbers, 7714, 7715, 7716. The Contractor shall furnish services for Review of Case Information, Build the Case Defense and Present the Defense.�� This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302�3(a)(2)(iii).
