Description
Reagents, service, maintenance, training, support, and supplies for analyzers to include Nucleic Acid Extraction, Liquid Media Blood Culture, Mass Spectrophotometer, and Automated ID and Susceptibility.� Instruments to include VITEK MS. This is a Sources Sought Notice for Madigan Army Medical Center.� This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations.� The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.� The NAICS Code is 325413 and the successful vendor must be registered in the SAM with the NAICS.�� Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate set-aside and acquisition method.� The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch (JBLM-HCB) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a base period to the successful offeror using FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures. The requirement is for instruments that must have ATO and be capable of interfacing with the MHS-Genesis through Observa middleware.� Instruments must also be capable of gaining access to the Myla Middleware.� A draft Performance Based Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1) and the Salient Characteristics (Attachment 2) are attached for review. Interested vendors may submit in writing their capabilities and qualifications demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice.� Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options.� Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Ms. Leslie Takayama, Contract Specialist, email leslie.m.takayama.civ@health.mil.� Telephone responses will not be accepted.� Responses must be received no later than 5 May 2023 @ 3:00 PM. Disclaimer and Notes:� This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response.� Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization�s qualification to supply the required equipment and supplies.� Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.� No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response.� A determination by the government not to compete this propose effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
