Description: The contractor is required to teach, instruct, and guide in all aspects of ferrying, forging, and farrier safety. The contractor will provide training in basic, intermediate, and advanced shoeing techniques. The contractor will tailor training to the needs of the horses and ensure training prepares Soldiers appropriately for future horses added to the herd. The contractor will train Soldiers on the fundamentals of ferrying.
