- Sir/Ma'am, Attached is a draft PWS for a potential requirement.� The information requested by this Request for Information (RFI) will be used within the Air Force (AF) to facilitate decision-making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.� Firms choosing to respond to this RFI are cautioned that this RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).� This RFI is a market research tool used to determine the adequacy of eligible business sources and socio-economic groups prior to determining the acquisition strategy and issuance of a RFP.� The government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from any sources responding to this synopsis and will not provide any feedback or carry on discussions with non-federal government activities regarding the information provided in response to this RFI. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract or agreement.� The AF will not be obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative as a result of this RFI.� Responses to the RFI will not be returned.� Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be used for this procurement is 541330. Information requested: Company name, address, CAGE code, any clear assertions to any specific socio-economic small business categories of your company (i.e. SDVOSB, 8(a), WOSB, SDB, Hubzone, etc.) and the company�s point of contacts� names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. � � � � 2. Evidence of your company's abilities to accomplish each PWS task. � � � � 3. Per the PWS, identification of any foreseeable risks and/or unwarranted restrictions. � � � � 4. Recommendation as to what specific OASIS labor categories the AF should consider utilizing to accomplish the PWS tasks. � � � � �5. An affirmative statement that the company intends to perform in accordance with the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14). � � � � � � 6. An affirmative statement that the company intends to submit a proposal in response to any potential RFP regarding this requirement. Response must be clear, concise (5-page limit), complete, and submitted by 1200 Central, 11 May 23, to mahmood.muhammad@us.af.mil and terry.kirkwood@us.af.mil. �Responding prior to the date listed above is encouraged.
