Description

Title: Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) USS MESA VERDGE (LPD-19) TAWs - Pre-Solicitation Notice Description:��The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) intends to procure supplies and services from Karagozian and Case, Inc. for repair to Transparent Armored Windows (TAW) aboard the USS MESA VERDE (LPD-19). This procurement will be on a sole source basis�under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). These specfic TAWs are proprietary to Karagozian and Case, Inc. and were designed specifically for the LPD class Navy vessels. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. The Government has the authority to proceed with a sole source contract based on the aforementioned FAR reference. Period of Performance: 06/14/2023 - 07/07/2023
