- Sole Source Intent: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Space Electronics, LLC, 81 Fuller Way, Berlin, CT 06037-1540, UEI CCENDPLDL4M7. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement to provide on-site calibration services to the Government Owned equipment at YPG. This requirement will be procured using the acquisition procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and will be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items FAC 2023-02, effective 16 March 2023. �The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 541380 with a standard size of $19,000,000.00. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet these requirements by 8 May 2023, 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
