Description: ***THIS IS A REQUEST OF INFORMATION ONLY*** BSA requires the assistance of a contractor to plan, support, and conduct up to two Concrete Shield exercises per year, one domestic and one international. The overall goal of this work is to provide support to the Concrete Shield exercise series. The exercise is a component of the training of personnel from the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) who staff a Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART).
