STATEMENT OF Requirements Peripheral Arterial Disease Testing System MARION ILLINOIS VA MEDICAL CENTER SCOPE: The contractor shall provide three systems, Two for Marion VA Medical Center (2401 W. Main Street Marion, IL 62959) and One for Evansville Health Care Center (6211 E. Waterford Blvd. Evansville, IN 47715). Background: The contractor will deliver, assemble, configure, and train staff at both locations.
