1. The proposed solicitation will be unrestricted. The NAICS code is 333415, Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. 2. Description of items: Requirement is for 8 count pharmacy grade refrigerators that can maintain temperatures, without battery backup, in the event of outages for a minimum of five (5) days or more. 4. Deliver by 15 August 2023. 5. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is the fourth week of April with an anticipated award date second week of May. 6. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
