Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Replacement of one (1) Fan Coil Unit (FCU) at the Sam Rayburn Medical Center, Building 1, 1201 E. 9th Street, Bonham, TX 75418 in accordance with the SOW. Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), May 9, 2023. Please ensure the email subject line states, Technical Questions 36C25723Q0754 Fan Coil Unit Bonham Texas and send to Kathryn Prose, Contract Specialist, at kathryn.prose@va.gov. Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to Kathryn Prose, Contract Specialist, at kathryn.prose@va.gov. Subject line of e-mail shall be Quote 36C25723Q0754 Fan Unit Coil Bonham, Texas by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation.
