Description

Elevator Repair Perry Point VA Medical Center, bldg. 14H, elevator Car#2. The contractor shall furnish necessary qualified technicians, supervisor, materials, equipment and services to perform all the tasks in this statement of work. The contractor is to replace failing elevator pump units, Victaulic fittings, door operator and replace hydraulic oil. The contractor is to remove and replace pump unit, remove and replace Victaulic fittings, remove and replace Hydraulic oil, remove and replace door operator and to provide a full load test including weights when installation is complete. Make any needed adjustments and return elevator to full service.
