- 2023 Army National Guard (ARNG) Modernization Equipping Requirements Conference: The National Guard Bureau is hosting the 2023 ARNG Modernization Equipping Requirements Conference 22-25 May 2023. The Operations & Logistics Officers from the States, Territories, and District of Columbia and the ARNG/NGB Portfolio Managers will evaluate equipment capability gaps at this conference. Validated capability gaps will become candidates for procurement using National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) Appropriation Funds. Vendors desiring to display products and capabilities are invited on 23-24 May 2023 from 1100-1830. Due to space restrictions, vendors will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendor setup can commence 23 May 2023. All interested vendors should work directly with the National Conference Center, Leesburg VA for booth space and other information. Displays outside the buildings are not allowed. Government field and staff can visit vendor exhibits to gain understanding of capabilities and product solutions that are available. Vendors are not considered conference attendees and will not be allowed to participate in the government breakout sessions or out-briefs to leadership. Vendors are allowed to attend the general session briefings on 22 May conference; otherwise, vendors will be restricted to the exhibit floor and will not be provided credentials allowing access into the government breakout sessions. This is NOT a �bidder's conference�, and this announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any vendor participating in the Industry Trade Show. Interested vendors may interface directly with the National Conference Center POC for availability of exhibit space and other information pertaining to their participation.
