Description

The Mission and Installation Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Knox) intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to MQAttach Canada Inc., for MQAttach License Software (MQAttach Product Suite Annual Fee) for Human Resources Command (HRC) located at�Fort Knox, Kentucky. Period of coverage 01 May 2023 - 30 April 2024. MQAttach Canada Inc. is the only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements; no other manufacturer hardware will integrate with the current proprietary software. This is not a REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) and NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the MICC's requirement as stated herein may submit a response which will be considered only if received by 27 April 2023. Responses to this post must be in writing and submitted to rita.r.dorlouis.civ@army.mil. A determination not to compete the proposed order based upon the responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) @www.sam.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR Subpart 4.11.
