- This Sources Sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of DFARS PGI�206.302-1. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A�REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). This requirement will be procured in accordance�with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy�agency requirements.�NGSC-DS is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the qualified FMU-139D/B Fuze�and as such is the only company that has the requisite knowledge, production tooling, facilities�and technical data necessary to meet this requirement. NGSC-DS is the only contractor with the�Technical Data Package to meet the Government�s requirements. A complete Technical Data�Package is planned to be delivered to the Government during late 4th quarter 2026. IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERESTED PARTIES: This notice of intent is not�a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible, interested parties may identify their�interest and capability by responding to this notice. The Government will consider all�information received prior to the closing date of this notice. A determination by the�Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is�solely within the discretion of the Government. There are no commitments by the Government�to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies�expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned�above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government�to solicit for or award a contract. No telephone responses will be accepted.
