Description

The location needs a qualified contractor to provide labor, supervision, equipment and supplies/materials necessary to install gate replacements for the USDA-ARS-PWA Crop Improvement and Protection in Salinas CA. This project will provide for the replacement of a chain link fence gate at Spence Road Research Station. The work is located at: USDA-ARS-PWA CROP IMPROVEMENT AND PROTECTION 1636 E ALISAL STREET SALINAS CA 93905 The estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. This will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS: 236220 Addition, Alteration and Renovation, Commercial and Institutional Buildings PSC: Z2JZ - Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings Small Business Size: $45M Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/. The RFQ will be accessible via https://sam.gov/ in the �Contracting Opportunities� section. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFQ package and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
