- Pre-Solicitation Notice W9128F23R0053 Lake Oahe ATV/UTV Noxious Weed Spraying On or about 1 May 2023, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFP) for Lake Oahe ATV/UTV Noxious Weed. Spraying for the Oahe Project Corps of Engineers for 2,250 miles of shoreline on the Missouri River. The Project stretches from Pierre, South Dakota to Bismarck, North Dakota., Nebraska. The solicitation will close on or about 12 May 2023. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Site Visit: Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Noxious Weed Spraying as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract: for the following counties ND: Burleigh, Morton, Emmons, Sioux, SD: Corson, Campbell, Walworth, Dewey, Potter, Sully, Stanley and Hughes. Period of Performance: Base year 5-year. The above project description is for information only. Project scope of work is subject to change. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $9.5M. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 561730 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer.
