Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a noncompetitive purchase order to AMERICAN TOYKO KASEI, INC, 9211 n. Harborgate ST Portland, OR, 97203-6308. (Unique Entity ID: ZJHVFLU1CQ45). This procurement is for 45 kg of 3-Chloro-P-Toluidine Hydrochloride (CPTH). See attached justification for other than full and open competition. The Government contemplates the award of a firm fixed-price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. Please email responses to Cody Grey at cody.grey@usda.gov no later than the time indicated below. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. Responses must be received no later than 3:00pm EST on May 3rd, 2023. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Respondents should ensure the information provided is detailed, current, accurate, and complete. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 325199 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
