Description

W15QKN-23-R-5038 (Public Water System Operations - Fort Devens, MA) is a non-personal services requirement to provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations and services to act as the Public Water System Certified Operator for the water systems described herein. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers.� The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).� The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the draft PWS.�
