- Craig Bunkhouse Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations Description of Work: Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to update all countertops, sinks, lavatories, faucets and fittings (Kitchen, Kitchen Island and Bathrooms) at the Craig Hotshots Bunkhouse building in accordance with City of Craig requirements and all pertinent codes related to ""Manufactured Homes"" found within the International Mechanical Code (IMC) 2021, the International Residential Code (IRC) 2021,and the International Plumbing Code (IPC) 2021. The building is a single story modular manufactured in the early 2000�s and is used to house the seasonal firefighting staff and is approximately 28-feet wide by 75-feet long, located at 459 Center Street, Craig, Colorado 81625. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM 2. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 14 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay progress payments 3. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 4. FAR Part 36 - Construction 5. Davis Bacon Wages for Moffat County 6. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 236118 - Size Std - $45M 7. Award of this contract will be on a Best Value with Trade-offs Basis Order of Magnitude: Less than $25,000
