Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC., located at One North Broadway, Suite 1501, White Plains, NY 10601-2335, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).�� The requirement is for the replacement/repair of the Zeiss EVO60 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) printed circuit board (PCB). Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC is the only known vendor capable of offering and replacing the required Mains power supply printed circuit board (PCB) as it is custom made for this specific SEM due to the proprietary and unique design of the Zeiss EVO60 SEM.�� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210 and the size standard is $34,000,000.00.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground CCAP-SCN, Natick Contracting Division via EMAIL ONLY to alexandra.m.biro2.civ@army.mil� and brandon.j.rivett.civ@army.mil no later than 1500 EST 3 May 2023. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.�
