Description

The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX, intends to award a sole-source purchase order to The Arbinger Company, SAM Unique Entity ID�XDJYKQ4BVTJ3, for digital content and workbooks to supplement Arbinger's proprietary training for the 502d Air Base Wing. The Arbinger Company is a registered small business. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2).� The anticipated award date is 1 May 2023. This notice is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation of quotes.� A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. For information regarding this purchase, please contact Audra Novatnak via e-mail at audra.novatnak.1@us.af.mil. This requirement consists access to online digital content, Outward Mindset workbooks for employees, Outward Mindset workbooks for leaders, and implementation coaching sessions (90-minute virtual sessions for groups of 2-30 people). These proprietary items are all open market and are not available on The Arbinger Company's GSA schedule GS-10F-099AA.�The resulting purchase order will consist of a base period and one option period to provide digital materails to the 502d Air Base WIng trainees. This contract action will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The digital media supplements the commercial-off-the-shelf Arbinger training that is available on their GSA schedule.
