Description: This is a notice of a noncompetitive contract action under authority FAR 6.302-1. The intended source for this requirement is Aerospace & Commercial Technologies, LLC, who is currently the only qualified source able to manufacture this part. This is an urgent MICAP non-stock listed requirement for one (1) F-16 Bulkhead (ND# 1680ND085237GWF). Due to the urgency of this requirement, the Government intends to award on 3 May 2023. Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation with request for qualification waiver by 2 May 2023, 1600 MDT, which will be considered by the Air Force.
