Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE.� The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 intends to solicit and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Turn-key Technologies Inc. (2400 Main Street EXT STE 1112 Sayreville NJ 088721474) in accordance with the 41 U.S.C. § 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The contract anticipated effective date is May 1, 2023, for a period of one year with four option years. This contract is for Code Blue Paging System service for the Thomas E. Creek Amarillo VA Healthcare System (6010 Amarillo Blvd W. Amarillo TX. 79106) The NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of �$34.0 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. All capability statements shall be sent to the points of contacts below and received not later than 4:00 PM CST on May 15, 2023. The determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to the synopsis.
