Description: This is a sources sought for a requirement on Ft Hood, TX. We are looking to live feed the unveiling of the Fort Cavazos sign at the main gate, shooting a signal to two big 9'x16' (at least measurements) screens, approx 1 mile away where 400 Soldiers will be located viewing this unveling.� A full dress rehearsal will be held at 0900 08 May 23. The contractor shall be fully functional at this rehearsal. Please see the attched Performance Work Statment (PWS).
