- DESCRIPTION This is a Request for Information for Professional Support Services at the Pacific Enforcement Response Center (PERC) in Laguna Niguel, CA. As part of its market research, ICE is issuing this RFI to determine the estimated number of interested vendors capable of providing the requirement as described in the draft Performance Work Statement in addition to answers to the questions listed below. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. By posting this RFI, ICE hopes to draft a better Performance Work Statement and establish evaluation criteria leading to a shortened time-to-award, thereby delivering capabilities to customers faster; encourage competition by providing interested vendors with an improved understanding of the work required and greater alignment with industry standards. RESPONSES Interested parties must submit responses to the point of contact identified below: Corey Soileau Corey.Soileau@ice.dhs.gov Responses shall be limited to THREE (3) pages. Proprietary information, in any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. Please change the subject of your response to begin with your Company Name.� Examples below: Subject: Company Name - RFI Response Subject: Company Name - RFI Question (Questions ONLY) This will assist the Government with tracking RFI responses by Company Name. At a minimum, the responses should provide the following: Company Information (name, phone number, DUNS, CAGE Code, POC Information, website, etc.) GSA contract (s) and Business size: contract numbers and contractor�s socioeconomic status. SAM Status: Confirm that your company is active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Capability Statement: Provide a brief description of your company�s existing capability and resources to perform the requirements based on the draft PWS. Comparable Experience: Does your company have experience providing data analytics and services detailed in the PWS? Does your company anticipate utilizing any teaming/subcontracting in support of this requirement? Background check: What information from the Government would help facilitate a successful transition, understanding that the Government cannot bypass the standard background security process which can generally take 4-12 weeks depending on the individual contract employee�s background. Provide any additional information on the transition process you may want to address or bring to the Government�s attention. Pricing: Are there any pricing best practices to be aware of for these services? Historical: Is there any historical information that could be provided to prospective vendors that would further assist in drafting a response to a potential solicitation? Other: Is there any other information you think is important that the Government should know about providing these services? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This RFI is for the purpose of gathering information as part of ICE�s market research. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. Responses to this RFI will not be considered quotes. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Request for Quotations (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government does not intend to issue any award based only on responses to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked �Proprietary� will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. ICE will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to hold one-on-one meetings as a result of responses received from this RFI as part of its market research. Meetings may be held with vendors who provide the most relevant or comprehensive responses to the questions posed. In addition, there may be a need to seek further clarification from those respondent(s) identified as capable. This clarification may be requested in the form of brief verbal communication by telephone; written communication; electronic communication; or a request for a presentation of the response. The Government reserves the right to seek additional information from those vendors identified with unique solutions that are determined to be beneficial to the Government
