- 1.� Class Code: 5980 2.� NAICS Code:� 334516 3.� Subject:� One (1) Mid-Infrared Array Spectrometer Instrument. 4.� Solicitation Number: W911QX23Q0021 5.� Set-Aside Code: N/A 6.� Response Date: 04/24/2023 7.� Place of Delivery/Performance:� U.S. Army Research Laboratory Receiving Room, Building 102 ����������������������������� 2800 Powder Mill Road ����������������������������� Adelphi, MD 20783-1138 8.� ������������������� (i)� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ������������������� (ii) �The solicitation number is W911QX23Q0021.� This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). ������������������� (iii)� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective date 16 March 2023. ������������������� (iv)� The associated NAICS code is 334516.� The small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. ������������������� (v)�� The following is a list of contract line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable):� CLIN 0001: One (1) Mid-Infrared Array Spectrometer Instrument. ������������������� (vi) �Description of requirements: The Contractor shall provide one (1) Mid-Infrared Array Spectrometer Instrument to support the operation and research in the spectra of pulsed materials in accordance with the following minimum specifications: ��������� Fully covered wavelength of 1600-4600 nanometers (nm). ��������� A minimum spectral resolution of six (6) wavelengths per reciprocal centimeter (cm-1). ��������� A minimum acquisition rate of at least 50 Hertz (Hz). ��������� A fiber input port, with either Ferrule Connector (FC) or Subminiature Assembly (SMA). ��������� To include all shipping, FOB destination, MD 20783-1138. Delivery no later than 90 day after award of contract. ������������������� (vii) Delivery is required by 120 business days after acceptance of the order. Delivery shall be made to Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC), MD 20783. Acceptance shall be performed at Adelphi Laboratory Center, MD 20783.
